سکرتێری گشتیی حیزبی دێموکڕاتی کوردستان لە نامەیەک‌دا بۆ ناوەندە جیهانی‌یەکانی مافی مرۆڤ لە پێوەندی لەگەڵ بارودۆخی محەممەد سدیق کەبودوەنددا، سەرنجی ئەو لایەنانەی بۆ دۆخی نالەباری ئەو چالاکەی مافی مرۆڤی کورد لە زیندا‌نی کۆماری ئیسلامیی ئێران‌دا ڕاکێشاوە.

دەقی ئەم نامەیە بەم جۆرەیە:

گیانی که‌بودوه‌ند له‌ مه‌ترسی دایه‌، سبه‌ی له‌وانه‌یه‌ دره‌نگ بێ!

به‌ڕێزان!
بان کی مون، سکرتێری گشتیی رێکخراوی نه‌ته‌وه‌ یه‌کگرتووه‌کان!
شورای مافی مرۆڤی رێکخراوی نه‌ته‌وه‌ یه‌کگرتووه‌کان!
ڕێکخراوی لێبوردنی نێونه‌ته‌وه‌یی!
فیدراسیۆنی نێونەتەوەیی مافی مرۆڤ!
کۆمیسیۆنی مافی مرۆڤی پاڕلمانی ئورووپا!
ڕێکخراوی چاوه‌دێری مافی مرۆڤ!
رێکخراوی هه‌واڵنێرانی بێ‌سنوور!
کۆڕو کۆمه‌ڵه‌ جیهانی‌یه‌کانی دیکه‌ی داکۆکی له‌ مافی مرۆڤ!

محه‌ممه‌د سدیق که‌بودوه‌ند، ڕۆژنامه‌نووس‌و چالاکی مافی مرۆڤ له‌ ئێران که‌ له‌ ڕۆژی ٨/ ٥/ ٢٠١٦ی زایینی‌یه‌وه‌ مانی له‌ خواردن گرتوه‌، به‌هۆی کۆمه‌ڵه‌ نه‌خۆشییه‌ک که‌ له‌ ماوه‌ی 9 ساڵ به‌ندکرانی له‌ زیندان‌دا تووشی هاتوه‌، له‌ بارودۆخێکی زۆر خراپی جه‌سته‌یی‌دا له‌ نه‌خۆشخانه‌ که‌وتوه‌و گیانی له‌ مه‌ترسی دایه‌.
محه‌ممه‌د سدیق که‌بودوه‌ند بۆ ناڕه‌زایه‌تی‌ده‌ربڕین به‌ وەزعییەتی بەندکرانی لە زیندان‌دا مانی لە خواردن گرتوەو ڕایگەیاندوە مانگرنەکەی تا وەڵامدانەوەی بەرپرسانی زیندان‌و دەزگای قەزایی بە داواکەی درێژەی دەبێ.

به‌ڕێزان!
محه‌ممه‌د سدیق که‌بودوه‌ند، سه‌رنووسه‌ری ڕۆژنامه‌ی “پیام مردم”و ئه‌ندامی دامه‌زرێنه‌ری “ڕێکخراوی مافی مرۆڤی کوردستان” ڕۆژی ٣٠/ ٦ / ٢٠٠٧ به‌ بڕیاری وه‌زاره‌تی ئیتلاعات ده‌سبه‌سه‌رو زیندانی کرا. ئه‌و له‌ دادگایه‌کی ناعادڵانه‌دا به‌هۆی “دامه‌زراندن‌و به‌ڕێوه‌بردنی ڕێکخراوی مافی مرۆڤی کوردستان”‌و چالاکییەکانی دیکەی لە بواری مافی مرۆڤ‌و ڕۆژنامەنووسی‌دا سه‌رجه‌م سزای ١٠ ساڵ‌و ٦ مانگ زیندانیی به‌سه‌ردا سه‌پا. ئه‌و هه‌روه‌ها به‌ تاوانی پێوه‌ندی‌گرتن به‌ رێکخراوه‌ جیهانی‌یه‌کانی مافی مرۆڤ‌و پێوه‌ندیی ڕاسته‌وخۆو نامه‌گۆڕینه‌وه‌ی له‌گه‌ڵ به‌ڕێز کۆفی عه‌نان، سکرتێری پێشووی ڕێکخراوی نه‌ته‌وه‌ یه‌کگرتووه‌کان‌و، وتووێژ له‌گه‌ڵ ڕاگه‌یه‌نه‌ گشتییه‌کان سزای یه‌ک ساڵ زیندانیی دیکەی به‌سه‌ردا سه‌پاوه‌.
محه‌ممه‌د سدیق که‌بودوه‌ند هه‌روه‌ها له‌ زیندان‌دا له‌لایه‌ن رێکخراوی چاوه‌دێری مافی مڕۆڤ، ” Human Rights Watch”ه‌وه‌ خه‌ڵاتی هێلمه‌نی ئه‌و رێکخراوه‌یه‌ی بۆ ساڵی ٢٠٠٩ دراوه‌تێ‌و؛ هه‌مان ساڵ له‌ رێوڕه‌سمی خه‌ڵاتی چاپه‌مه‌نی‌یه‌کانی بریتانیادا، خه‌ڵاتی “ڕۆژنامه‌نووسی نێوده‌وڵه‌تیی ساڵ” به‌ که‌بودوه‌ند دراوه‌. که‌بودوه‌ند له‌ هه‌موو ساڵانی هەڵسووڕانی‌دا له‌ پێناو پڕه‌نسیپه‌کانی مافی مرۆڤ‌دا تێکۆشاوه‌و قوربانیی داوه‌.

به‌ڕێزان!
محه‌ممه‌د سدیق که‌بودوه‌ند، چالاک‌و هه‌ڵسوورێکی به‌ندکراوی کورد له‌ بواری مافی مرۆڤه‌. له‌ ئێران تێچووی چالاکیی سیاسی‌و مه‌ده‌نی‌و هه‌ڵسووڕان له‌ بواری مافی مرۆڤ بۆ چالاکانی کورد زۆر قورستر له‌ چالاکانی ئه‌و بواره‌ له‌ ناوچه‌کانی دیکه‌ی ئێرانه‌. ئه‌وه‌ وای‌کردوه‌ که‌ که‌بودوه‌ند له‌ ماوه‌ی زیاتر له‌ 9 ساڵ به‌ندکرانی‌دا له‌ زۆربه‌ی هه‌ره‌ زۆری مافی زیندانی‌یه‌ک بێبه‌ش بێ.
ئه‌و له‌ ماوه‌ی ئه‌و 9 ساڵه‌دا ته‌نیا یه‌ک‌جار، ئه‌ویش دوای مانگرتنێکی درێژماوه‌ به‌ مه‌به‌ستی چاوپێکه‌وتن له‌گه‌ڵ کوڕه‌که‌ی که‌ نه‌خۆشییه‌کی زۆر سه‌ختی هه‌بوو، بۆ ماوه‌ی چه‌ند ڕۆژ مه‌ره‌خه‌سی دراوه‌تێ. له‌ ماوه‌ی ئه‌و 9 ساڵه‌ش‌دا که‌ له‌ به‌نددا بووه‌، تووشی زۆر نه‌خۆشی هاتووه‌و ئه‌وه‌ش هه‌م مانه‌وه‌ له‌ زیندانی بۆ ناوبراو سه‌خت کردوه‌، هه‌م ئێستا که‌ مانی له‌ خواردن گرتوه‌، به‌ قسه‌ی پزیشکان ئه‌و نه‌خۆشییانه‌ مه‌ترسیی مردنیان له‌سه‌ر ناوبراو دروست کردوه‌.
بۆیه‌ داوا له‌ هه‌موو ئێوه‌ به‌ڕێزان ده‌که‌م به‌ هانای ئه‌و چالاکه‌ی مافی مرۆڤه‌وه‌ بچن‌و به‌ فشارخستنه‌ سه‌ر کۆماری ئیسلامیی ئێران بوار بۆ پێڕاگه‌یشتن‌و چاره‌سه‌ری پزیشکی بۆ که‌بودوه‌ند، وڵامدانه‌وه‌ به‌ داواکه‌ی‌و ئازادکردنی له‌ زیندان‌‌دا خۆش بکه‌ن.

Kurdistan Democratic Party Secretary General request the international community to react with regard to the crucial situation of Mohamad-Sedigh Kabodvand, a human rights activist imprisoned in Evin prison in Tehran.

Mohammad Sedigh Kaboudvand, human rights activist and journalist, has been on hunger strike in prison since 2016-05-08. Now he is in a very crucial situation. During 9 years imprisonment, he has had several health problems and due to lack of proper treatment, his health deteriorated drastically. His hunger strike caused his being hospitalized and now his life is in danger.

Mohammad Sedigh Kaboudvand has began his hunger strike to protest to the unacceptable situation of the prison and he announced he continue his strike until he receive a response from the judiciary system or the authorities.

Worthy reminding that, Mohammad Sedigh Kaboudvand is the founder of Kurdistan Human Rights organization and the chief editor of Payame Mardom (weekly newspaper). He was arrested by Iranian intelligent forces s in 2007 and has been in jail since 2007-06-30.

Kabodvand was sentenced to ten years of imprisonment in an unfair trial on charges of acting against the national security through establishing Kurdistan Human rights organization and being active in defending human rights in Kurdistan.

 

His crime was considered even heavier since he talked to media agencies and contacted Kofi Anan, the previous chief of the United Nations. So they added one year more to his imprisonment sentence.

Mohamad Sedigh Kabudvand recieved Human rights watch's award of Hellman/Hammett in year 2009 while he was in prison. In the same year he gained the International journalism award of Britain.

He has tried for human rights promotion in all stages of his life. He has tried to promote human rights situation in Kurdistan part of Iran where the situation is considered as extraordinary by Iranian Intelligence. His peaceful struggle for human rights in Kurdistan has caused his imprisonment and during all these years in prison he has been oppressed.

He has been let to see his son only for a short time in all this nine years of his imprisonment. That took place as his son was seriously sick and he gained the occasion after a long hunger strike. During his long imprisonment period and his hunger strikes he has become seriously ill and now the doctors warn of death.

I demand you all to support Kabudvand by calling Iranian authorities and putting Islamic republic of Iran under pressure to provide proper health care to Kabudvand and finally to release him.
